- **LDTools platform modernization** — Auth, public/private visibility, metadata, and platform coherence work in progress.
- **AI tool suite** — New AI-powered education tools are being developed and refined on the shared AI layer.

- **Shared Shopping List** — Working and in active use.
- **Gift Wishlist** — Working and available for use.
- **Commute Cost Calculator** — Working and publicly available.
- **Learning Objective Generator** — Working and publicly available with public AI enabled.
- **Fix My Learning Outcomes** — Working, under active refinement.

## Needs follow-up
- **Private tool route protection** — Improved, but should continue to be monitored for edge cases and routing behaviour.
- **LDTools root repo cleanup/commit** — Cleanup plan decided; parent repo commit is better performed on Unraid due to mounted-filesystem git issues.

## Paused
- **Hector Whitwell Holdings branding exploration** — Deferred after logo exploration felt too narrow/generic.

## Archived / legacy
- **Legacy LDTools root projects** — Candidates for later archival/cleanup once backups/review are complete.
